RSP season means a higher volume of calls to the Canada Life call centre and waiting times to speak to a Client Service Representative may be longer than usual.
There are a number of things you can do what you log onto your account including updating contact information and downloading a statement or tax receipt.
The new Canada Life sign in page is different but you still need to use your same GRS Access ID and password to log on to your group retirement savings account.
Do not use your email address that’s for Canada Life benefits. If you don’t know your Access ID you will have to contact the call centre 1-800-724-3402.
